What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Unless an app's App Store privacy label says otherwise, our apps do not ask for your name, do not require an account and do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

Content you create in our apps, such as photos you choose, game progress and notes, is stored on your device or in your own iCloud account. We do not have access to it.

If an app offers purchases, payments are handled by Apple. We receive no card details.

Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us if you have allowed this in your device settings. We use them only to fix problems and improve the apps.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

Photos and permissions

Some apps ask for access to your photos or camera. This access is used only on your device to provide the feature you asked for, and you can change it at any time in Settings.

Children

Our apps are not designed to collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep data

We keep emails only as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations. Data on your device stays under your control and is removed when you delete the app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@gatinhoreguila.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Each app's specific data use is also listed in its App Store privacy label.
